EUS IS CURRENTLY SUPPORTING OUR PARTNERS IN THE FOLLOWING PROJECTS
North Field East (NFE)
Qatargas’ NFE project is the world’s largest LNG project, as it aims to increase Qatar’s LNG production capacity by 43%, from its current capacity of 77 million tons per annum (MTPA) to 110 MTPA. The total project cost is estimated around $29 billion.
North Field South (NFS)
The NFS project is the second phase of Qatar Petroleum’s planned LNG expansion of the North Field and will further increase Qatar’s LNG production capacity from 110 MTPA to 126 MTPA. The project includes the replication of five offshore wellhead platforms.
North Field Production Sustainability Offshore Project (NFPS)
The NFPS project is the offshore expansion of Qatar Petroleum’s North Field. In early 2021, Qatargas awarded a $1.7 billion contract for the engineering, procurement, construction and installation of various offshore facilities
Ras Laffan Petrochemical Project (RLPP)
Qatar Petroleum has teamed up with Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical Company Limited to build a new petrochemical complex located in Qatar’s Ras Laffan Industrial City. The project will include the construction and operation of an Ethylene Plant, Polyethylene Plant and associated facilities.
